The best compliment of my work is seeing it put into use. As an artist I find inspiration in observing how people interact with beautiful objects around them. My work is currently focused on functional clay pieces, cups, bowls, plates and platters. I tend to work in a series or sets to create wares that can be used in harmony. Recently, I have reconnected to my creative side and am experimenting with carving patterns and overlaying glazes, enjoying all aspects of the process along the way.
